OmniSource Case Manager

Every Omnitrope patient is assigned an OmniSource Case Manager (OCM). Your OCM will work with you and your family to get you started on Omnitrope and provide personalized support along your treatment journey.

The OCM will help you navigate the initial insurance process and paperwork and, once you start treatment, will be your main point of contact at OmniSource. You can reach out to your OCM if you want to schedule additional injection training, or if you have questions about financial support, insurance coverage, or other non-medical concerns.

Insurance support

We know that the insurance process can be complicated, but your OCM can help. The OCM will work closely with your doctor and provide any information needed for a benefits investigation or prior authorization. Your OCM will also help submit any necessary appeals for you.

If your insurance does not cover Omnitrope, your OCM will explain savings options available to you through OmniSource, which may help you get started with growth hormone treatment. You can read more about our co-pay and self pay
programs below.

Sandoz OmniStart program

If your insurance process takes longer than 10 days, or if you are switching from another somatropin treatment due to supply delays, you may be eligible for the Sandoz OmniStart (SOS) program, which can help you get started on Omnitrope free of charge.* You can contact your OCM for more information.

Co-Pay Savings Program
Through our Co-Pay Savings Program, eligible patients could pay as little as $0 out of pocket, with a maximum benefit of up to $5,000 to be used at any time each year.

Self Pay Program
We also offer the most comprehensive cash pay offer among daily somatropins. With the Omnitrope Self Pay Program, eligible patients‡ may save an average of over $5,000 per month (versus wholesale acquisition cost).

Nurse Trainers and injection resources
OmniSource Nurse Trainers are dedicated professionals who will help you get comfortable with administering treatment at home.

We know that getting used to an injection routine can be challenging. Your Nurse Trainer will help you and your family learn how to inject safely, at a pace that works for you.

Injection training is available in 3 ways, however you’re most comfortable:

If you are a new patient, your doctor and OCM will arrange for your injection training. If you would like additional training, please call your OCM, who will arrange for a call with a Nurse Trainer.

Already an Omnitrope patient? If you are renewing your prescription, you can request the same Nurse Trainer. Be sure to mention this to your doctor, who can include this information in your enrollment form.

*Omnitrope Co-Pay Savings Program Eligibility: The Omnitrope Co-Pay Savings Program provides up to $5,000 in annual co-pay support for Omnitrope prescriptions. With the Omnitrope Co-pay Savings Program, eligible patients may pay $0 for their co-pay. Eligible patients who are commercially insured may receive co-pay support in the amount of up to $5,000 annually, and patients who are uninsured may receive co-pay support in the amount of up to $417 monthly, with an annual cap of $5,000. Prescription must be for an approved indication. This program is not health insurance. Patients are not eligible if prescriptions are paid, in whole or in part, by any state- or federally funded programs, including but not limited to Medicare (including Part D, even in the coverage gap) or Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, or TRICARE, or private indemnity, or HMO insurance plans that reimburse you for the entire cost of your prescription drugs, or where prohibited by law. Patients can participate for a maximum of 12 months. Eligible patients must have a first use of the program by December 31 of the current year. Omnitrope Co-pay Savings Program may not be combined with any other rebate, coupon, or offer. Omnitrope Co-Pay Savings Program has no cash value. Sandoz reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without further notice.

Omnitrope Self Pay Program: Prescriptions must be for an approved indication. This program is not health insurance. Patients are not eligible if this prescription is paid, in whole or in part, by any state or federally funded programs, including but not limited to Medicare (including Part D, even in the coverage gap) or Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, TRICARE private indemnity, or HMO insurance plans that reimburse you for the entire cost of Omnitrope, or where prohibited by law. Patients with a state-or federally funded program that does not cover any of the cost for their Omnitrope prescription are eligible to participate. Patients may continue to participate as long as they meet the eligibility criteria. Omnitrope Self Pay Program may not be combined with any other rebate, coupon, or offer. Sandoz reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without further notice.

OmniStart Program: SOS is available for a maximum of twelve (12) months to commercially insured patients with an FDA-approved Omnitrope indication during first-time benefits investigation and expired prior authorizations. SOS is also available for a maximum of two (2) months to government-insured patients with an FDA-approved Omnitrope indication during first-time benefits investigation only. This program is not health insurance. Product dispensed under SOS is not eligible for claim reimbursement and should not be submitted to any third-party private payer. SOS does not require, nor will be made contingent on, purchase requirements of any kind. Sandoz reserves the right to amend, rescind, or discontinue this program at any time without further notice.
